Holy Cow! Seriously the cutest cow balloon ever!
We used it to create a helium free balloon tower in blush pinks and flowers. This is an easy DIY project. No helium needed, just follow the instructions to construct a cute farm, rodeo, cow or barnyard themed birthday party or expecting baby shower decor set. Your little cow girl will adore it!

Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on un-inflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep un-inflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
Foil balloons may conduct electricity. Do not use near electricity nor release helium filled balloons or release near power lines. Use only non-metallic ribbon and attach the balloon to a weight to keep it from floating away.

We gladly accept returns on our party products with the exception of latex balloons, sale and custom, personalized or handmade products.
Orders purchased from our online store can be returned by contacting customer service at hello@shoppartyhaus.com or by phone or text (+1.435.671.7047) within 7 days of delivery. Please provide the order number listed on the original email receipt. During this time, we will gladly accept unopened items in new condition, undamaged in their original packaging for a full refund, less the cost of any shipping. Return shipping is also at the buyer's expense. We will issue a refund for the products, minus any shipping charges incurred.
