This is a beautiful custom matte pastel balloon garland kit in mix of chalk blush (nude) and matte blush (nude). Can be strung into a long garland or used as a balloon wall backdrop. This has a chalky pastel matte finish.

Latex Balloons come in 5", 11" and 36" sizes.

Sizes Available:
8 feet / 16 feet or 24 feet long.
This is a THICK (wide) garland like on photo (or we can help with any size garland required)

SHIPPING AND RETURN INFORMATION 

  • Orders ship same day or next day during normal business hours Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays). FedEx and UPS expedited orders ship same day if the order is received before 12 pm/Noon MST
  • We ship from our boutique party warehouse located just out of Bozeman, Montana
  • Please leave us a note at checkout of your party date so we can assist with on time deliveries
  • Some delays may occur due to weather. We do not refund for late packages due to weather or carrier delays. FedEx Next Day & UPS overnight are the only guaranteed services available
  • We do not offer refunds for late or lost packages due to carrier delays
  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, taxes and duties

  • We estimate 5-9 business days for USPS Ground Advantage to allow for some delays with the post office

    • Same Day Shipping Cut Off: Noon MST
      • Please note: 2 business day means 3 business days total including day of shipping. So for example, if a 2 day package is ordered on Thursday by 1 pm, it will ship Thursday and deliver on Monday)
    • Saturday delivery only available if you contact us directly, otherwise all expedited shipping times are calculated based on business days
    • UPS & FedEx guarantees shipping only on overnight services only

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We ship with USPS International Air Mail, UPS and FedEx at current International rates based on cubic weight
  • USPS first class international mail does not provide tracking or insurance and transit times are estimated.  If you require tracking, insurance or quicker shipping, please select UPS, FedEx or DHL expedited shipping options at checkout
  • International buyers (outside USA) are responsible for any customs, duties and/or import taxes that may apply
  • partyHAUS is not responsible for lost packages or packages returned due to failure to pay import taxes. All package contents are labeled as "merchandise" on customs forms along with their full retail paid value


Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for online purchases within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (with tags attached where applicable) to qualify for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@shoppartyhaus.com and include your name and order number. Our team will provide the appropriate return address and return instructions.

Return Eligibility

We gladly accept eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:

• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

For your protection, we recommend mailing your return using a prepaid, insured, and traceable shipping method. Please keep your return tracking information until your refund has been processed.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return policy criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Candy and food products
  • Balloons
  • Food associated products such as cake toppers, food picks or cutlery
  • Seasonal & holiday items once the holiday or event has passed
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Any product that has been opened or removed from original packaging

 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize. Please contact hello@shoppartyhaus.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging

Our customer service team will assist with a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
