Shipping and Return Information

• Orders ship same day or next day during normal business hours Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays). FedEx and UPS expedited orders ship same day if the order is received before 1 pm MST
• We ship from our boutique party shops located in Bozeman, Montana, or Heber City, Utah
• Please leave us a note at checkout of your party date so we can assist with on time deliveries
  
• Some delays may occur due to weather. We do not refund for late packages due to weather or carrier delays. FedEx Next Day & UPS overnight are the only guaranteed services available
• We do not offer refunds for late or lost packages due to carrier delays

USA SHIPPING

We offer USPS (US Postal Service), FedEx and UPS shipping services

* Please note: We are suggesting not to use USPS services if you need rush shipping due to severe delays on package shipping

Standard Flat Rate

• If you are not in a hurry, our standard flat rate with USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Sure Post may be the best priced option
• Flat rate of $6.95
• Allow 5-8 business days at a minimum for delivery (Estimated delivery only. We do not guarantee any delivery dates)

• US Postal Service (USPS) - Ground Advantage & Priority Services
  • Estimated Delivery Only (We do not guarantee of delivery dates)
    
  • Priority: 2-3 business days (estimate) but can take sometimes up to a week to deliver, especially in winter and around Federal Holidays
  • Includes tracking and insurance up to $100 for lost or damaged packages
  • Ground Advantage: Please Allow 4-8 business days for delivery
  • **Note Feb 2025: Please allow 1-2 extra business days at a minimum for shipping with USPS ground advantage and USPS priority. We are experiencing delays on all USPS packages

• UPS Expedited
  • We offer 3 Business Day, 2 Business Day and Overnight Next Business Day shipping options.
  • Same Day Shipping Cut Off: 1pm MST
    • Please note: 2 business day means 3 business days total including day of shipping. So for example, if a 2 day package is ordered on Thursday by 1 pm, it will ship Thursday and deliver on Monday)
  • Saturday delivery only available if you contact us directly, otherwise all expedited shipping times are calculated based on business days
  • UPS guarantees shipping only on overnight services only
  • Some delays may occur due to weather. We do not refund for late packages due to weather or carrier delays
  • We do not offer refunds for late or lost packages

• UPS Ground 
  • 1-5 Business Days
  • This shipping option is by truck, so some delays may occur. We do not recommend this option as an expedited shipping option unless you live near our shops in Montana & Utah

• FedEx 2 Day
  • New! We now offer FedEx 2 day shipping by 5pm. It is our most cost effective expedited shipping option
  • Same Day Shipping Cut Off: 1pm MST

CANADA SHIPPING

• We ship USPS International Air Mail to Canada
•  If you require tracking, insurance or quicker shipping, please select UPS or FedEx expedited shipping options at checkout
• Canada buyers are responsible for any customs, duties and/or import taxes that may apply

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• We ship with USPS International Air Mail at current International rates based on cubic weight
• USPS first class international mail does not provide tracking or insurance and transit times are estimated.  If you require tracking, insurance or quicker shipping, please select UPS or DHL expedited shipping options at checkout
• International buyers (outside USA) are responsible for any customs, duties and/or import taxes that may apply
• partyHAUS is not responsible for lost packages or packages returned due to failure to pay import taxes. All package contents are labeled as "merchandise" on customs forms along with their full retail paid value

**PLEASE NOTE

Due to recent covid delays, UPS and FedEx are only guaranteeing overnight shipping within USA. Other forms of expedited shipping may not be guaranteed and UPS and FedEx may not refund shipping costs for late deliveries

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns on our party products with the exception of latex balloons, sale and custom, personalized or handmade products. 

Orders purchased from our online store can be returned by contacting customer service at hello@shoppartyhaus.com within 7 days of delivery. Please provide the order number listed on the original email receipt. During this time, we will gladly accept unopened items in new condition, undamaged in their original packaging for a full refund, less the cost of any shipping. Return shipping is also at the buyer's expense. We will issue a refund for the products, minus any shipping charges incurred.
