- Orders ship same day or next day during normal business hours Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays)
- We ship from our boutique party shops located in Bozeman, Montana, or Heber City, Utah
- Please leave is a note at checkout of your party date so we can assist with on time deliveries
- UPS expedited 3 Day, 2 Day and Overnight Shipping: Packages ship the same day if orders are received before 2pm MST. Deliveries are made on business days only, Saturdays and Sundays are not included in delivery calculations. Please contact us for Saturday Delivery Options
- We suggest using UPS Overnight and 2 Day for rush shipping
- USPS and UPS Ground are estimated shipping dates, these are not guaranteed delivery services. Allow for an extra day or two for shipping around federal holidays.
- We do not offer refunds for late or lost packages

PICK UP AND LOCAL DELIVERY
We now offer local delivery from our warehouse located in Heber City, Utah. Please select delivery at checkout. We deliver within 60 miles of our warehouse in Heber City! Delivery charges vary.
RETURNS
We gladly accept returns on our party products with the exception of latex balloons, sale and custom, personalized or handmade products.Orders purchased from our online store can be returned by contacting customer service at hello@shoppartyhaus.com within 7 days of delivery. Please provide the order number listed on the original email receipt. During this time, we will gladly accept unopened items in new condition, undamaged in their original packaging for a full refund, less the cost of any shipping. Return shipping is also at the buyer's expense. We will issue a refund for the products, minus any shipping charges incurred.
